30 Days to Decide! All Beehive Camping products are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we will not accept Beehive Camping products which are dirty, soiled, dusty or otherwise used for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We recommend that you insure your return shipment, and we accept no liability for products lost, damaged or misplaced during shipment.

Beehive Camping Limited Warranty
Beehive Camping LLC (“Beehive Camping”) warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty will be in effect for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product, any defects in workmanship under normal use, and covers any broken components under normal use and due to defects in materials or workmanship. If Beehive Camping determines, in its sole discretion, that its product has a manufacturing defect under the terms of this Limited Warranty, Beehive Camping will provide parts, repair, or replace your product, at its sole discretion. Beehive Camping does not offer monetary reimbursement, nor is the limited warranty transferable to any third party beyond the original purchaser who purchases the product for personal use within the continental United States. In the event of repair or replacement under the terms of this Limited Warranty, the warranty applicable to the original product shall apply to the repaired or replaced product and will extend for the balance of the original warranty period.

Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not provide protection against failure, defect, or damage caused by the following, but not limited to the following, conditions:

• Damage, including tears, punctures, abrasions or other damages, resulting from failure to abide by instructions during set-up and dismantling of tent or resulting from usage of tent in unsafe weather or site conditions.
• Failure of original purchaser to provide normal maintenance, cleaning and storage of product and extended use or extended storage of product without proper cleaning and drying.
• Altering in any way of products, including Beehive Camping tents or Insta Set Poles.
• Shipping damage or items that are lost or stolen.
• Wear and tear, fading, oxidation, discoloration, accumulation of dirt or stains, and normal weathering on any colored surface due to exposure to sunlight and weather conditions over time. 
• Damage caused by air pollution, mold, mildew, exposure to harmful chemicals or normal weathering resulting from exposure to the elements.
• Damage resulting from natural disasters, including accidents, fire, vandalism, strong wind, projectiles, earthquake, flood, lightning, hurricane, tornado, and any other extreme weather conditions.
• Any other cause not resulting from a manufacturing defect in the product supplied by Beehive Camping.

Installation:
As a condition of this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser accepts the sole responsibility for the safe installation, teardown, and maintenance of any Beehive Camping product. It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to deem the Beehive Camping tent unsafe for occupancy under unsafe weather conditions or unsafe site conditions. When setting up your tent, always select a level campsite clear of rocks, branches and other hard or sharp objects and do not set up your tent under trees. Do not unfasten any of the ropes along the outer tent and be careful that your fingers or limbs are not caught while locking leg joints. 

Maintenance:
As a condition of this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser accepts the sole responsibility for the proper usage, maintenance, care and storage of your product as outlined in the Maintenance Instructions. Failure to abide by the Maintenance Instructions will invalidate warranty coverage on products affected by improper usage, maintenance, care and storage of product. 

Remedies:
This document outlines the sole warranties and remedies offered by Beehive Camping LLC. These warranties and remedies replace all other obligations, guarantees, warranties, and representations, whether expressed in writing, verbally, or implied by law, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. The remedy available under this Limited Warranty, along with any implied warranty, is restricted to the repair, replacement, or adjustment of defective parts for the warranty period specified. This remedy will be considered effective as long as Beehive Camping is willing and able to address the defective parts as specified. Beehive Camping's liability, if any, will never surpass the expense of correcting manufacturing defects as outlined herein. In no event will the value of Beehive Camping’s obligations under this Limited Warranty exceed the purchase price of the original products that Beehive Camping, in its sole discretion, determines to possess a manufacturing defect. Any costs or expenses beyond this amount are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Upon the expiry of this limited warranty, any such liability will cease.

Other Disclaimers:

• This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser who purchases the product for personal use within the continental United States. If the product is used for business or commercial purposes, Beehive Camping disclaims all written and implied warranties.
• Any implied warranty, such as the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a specific purpose, is constrained, as permissible by law, to either the duration of the Limited Warranty or the time period specified by state law, whichever is briefer.

Beehive Camping's responsibilities and liability are confined to repairing, replacing, or refunding the defective product as detailed in this Limited Warranty. Under no circumstances shall Beehive Camping be held accountable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to property, buildings, or contents within or around the products, or for any injuries sustained by individuals resulting from the use of Beehive Camping’s products or due to the breach of this warranty. If your state or province does not allow exclusions or limitations of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
